The Tea Cup Club
Inspired by Tasseomancy, the art of reading tea leaves, these portraits were created by laboriously nudging earl grey tea leaves into faces using a toothpick. The final series of photographs were six months in the making, with some portraits taking hours to complete, only to be sneezed away before I had a chance to photograph them! To present the photographs I turned the series into a set of gift cards under the brand The Tea Cup Club.
