The brief was to develop an Australian souvenir that could be sold to international visitors in a gift shop. To give the product some Aussie charm and humour, I laser etched famous celebrity portraits into ice block holders, and designed clean, transparent packaging to give the piece an upmarket, collectible, design gift aesthetic. A booklet featuring information on the celebrities is attached so tourists can understand who they are and why they have been embodied into frozen icy treats.
